Denominator Counters - Heavy Duty Tally Counters :
Denominator Counters Inc – These tally counters are heavy duty counting units and made in the USA since 1914. They have large buttons on each counter which makes them ideal for use in a factory, medical research, or outdoors, where the operator may be wearing gloves. View - the products.
Denominator Laboratory Counter Models :
Model : Denominator Counter 1x6LT and 1x9LT – These two models of tally counter are essentially the most common models used in medical research, the 1x6LT having five counting units and a locking totaliser, and the 1x9LT have eight counting units and a locking totaliser. They are often found in use for analysis of blood and cell counting applications, fertility laboratories, and the model used depends on how many different components are being analysed. Heavy Duty Single Tally Counter :
Denominator Counter 1x1 – this is the single tally counter which comes with a removable base plate. Having a large button on the counting unit enables it to be used in food factories for portion counting for example, or other heavy duty applications. You can see this counter here - Single1x1
UK Stock of Popular Denominator Counters :
Other popular Denominator Counters include many of the single row units such as 1x4, 1x6, 1x3 which have several counting unit but no totaliser on them. These are typically found being used in agriculture research projects, where a robust and heavy duty counter is needed. These are often used for counting before/after scenarios in plants which bud then have fruit or flowers to monitor the success of any experiments that are being carried out. Blood Cell Laboratory Tally Counters :
Upgreen Laboratory Counters – these are available in two models the DBC-6 and the DBC-9. These are often used for blood cell counting or other medical research applications, and are a lower cost alternative to the Denominator counters. The DBC-6 has five counting banks and one totalising counter, with a bell that rings each 100 counts which enables the data to be recorded in an accurate way.
